Fuck this place. We were looking at 2 hamsters and my kids really was into them. This tall, long-haired dude came up to us and asked if we needed help. I inquired about the hamsters. He had absolutely no knowledge as to whether they were for sale or how much they were, nor did he really seem interested in making a sale. One of my fur babies has a restrictive diet. This store gives a plethora of treats for her to try without breaking the bank. I have cats, dogs, and fish. As other stores continue to shrink their pet supply section I find myself coming here more often for the rest of my babies. They really make it worth the extra drive.
I live in the east Toledo, Oregon area and I hate driving all the way across town for my food and toys for my dogs and cat. I love this store not only for it's location(although it's a HUGE plus) But because of the people. They are all down to earth and explain what ever you need. I buy my crickets there every other week for my toads, and they always give me a ton extra. Finally, a pet supply store to serve the East side area! Very clean and comfortable environment. Excellent customer service and people that care about our pets nutrition and well-being. They explained differences between brands of dog and cat food so that I could easily understand what the best food is for my dogs and cats. Their prices are reasonable and competitive compared to petsmart and pet supplies plus. I highly recommend Pet Finatics.
