NEED IT THEY HAVE IT I CANT FIND MY CAT FOOD ANYWHERE ELSE IN ANY TOWN. MY CAT ONLY LIKES ONE KIND OF CAT FOOD AND EVERYOTHER STORE HAS DISCONTINUED THIS KIND EXCEPT FOR THEM PLUS THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER NEED FOR YOUR ANIMAL PROS: CANT FIND IT THERE-IT DOESNT EXIST CONS: NONE
Pathetic Service I visited this store for the first time being new to this area and was not impressed. It took forever to find someone to help me and then they looked confused and dumbfounded by my questions. Shouldn't a pet store person know the difference between a Chinese Crested and a Chihuahua? Idiots. Thats my review. I will never go back. And they are expensive.
For once, reptiles and small animals count at a pet store.. The small animal person is very diligent in taking care of the small animals or reptiles at the Turlock store. The cages are always clean the animals are healthy and the reptiles have the right care setups for their respective species. A+ to Pet Extreme for keeping the "little guys" in mind....
Pet Extreme is a bad customer service store. its a awsome store except that the workers dont really ask for help and they always try to get away from helping a customer, one day i asked someone about guppies and they were sick so i told them i needed a medicine for them and they didnt know where to find ick its really sad that most workers there dont know what there talking about and how dumb their faceses look when you ask a questions but the ladies there are helpful :) Most workers there just walk around avoiding customers... read more
