Do not trust this company. After placing an order, you’ll be met with complete silence. No responses to emails, chats, or phone calls — for weeks. And if they finally call you, they speak with no professionalism whatsoever, even insulting and shouting like it’s a joke. This company is a complete scam. You place your order and then you can’t reach anyone — not by phone, not by email, not even via their chat. After days of silence, they finally call you, chewing gum and speaking in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way imaginable. They even insult and yell at you. I have tried multiple times to order from them and the orders just sit without any communication and I just had to cancel my most recent order from Feb 2nd. There was no explination as to why it never shipped and no apology for never shipping it. BEWARE!!
