I would NEVER return here again. They forgot to groom him, which made me question everything else. I also texted and called 2x the Owner that I was on my way, and provided no response to let me know of the current circumstance (that the bird was neglected). Instead, she ignored my calls and never texted back. It makes one question, while I was out of the country for 10 days, I wonder if they even took care of this poor bird! customer WOW!! What a store! I went on advice of my co-workers and I was impressed. They helped cure my dog from an itchy skin problem when my own vet had failed. The salt water was amazing and the specialist was a wealth of info! They even had a miniature horse ! My kids loved it and I was amazed at the service!!
The Best!!! This is the best pet store. I had an emergency with ill tropical fish, even though it was close to closing time-they kept the store open and provided expert advice on how to balance the water and cure my fish. All the products and advice worked-I saved three ill fish. Kim provides the freshest parrot food and seed. They also trim the beaks, nails and wings on my two blue front amazons. They are gentle and experts in their field. I highly recommend them.
GREEDY LEAVES YOU NEEDY ! ! to be fair I have to say the, 2 gentlemen, are excellent! great with customers. best all in one pet stop in Jacksonville The most friendly and informative people I have ever encountered,truly animal lovers and people people. I have no problem driving from San Marco to Ocean way to get what I need. I recommend every one to stop out their and see what they have to offer I am sure you will not leave empty handed. Most Knowledgable people in the Pet Business This store and it's staff are wonderful. We drive from the Southside passing many other stores to get there. Our Blue Pit Bull has had skin problems for two years and we have tried everything the Vet said and spending a lot of money, but nothing worked. Kim immediately told us our dog was allergic to corn and suggested Premium Edge Skin and Coat. Premium Edge is $5.00 cheaper here than any other place in town. clinton I would highly recommend this store. I wanted some special salt water fish and coral. They ordered what they could and then called other salt water stores in town to help me locate what they did not have. Their business card read as: owner- "GOD". I really liked that too. The best little pet store. First off I would like to say that the reviews of this place weren't completely honest. I've been in and out of Kim's store for the last two decades, and she has never been anything other then sweet, knowledgeable and caring. This is truly a great establishment, so much better and more personal interaction then all of the big box stores, I refuse to spend my money anywhere else. Pet Creations This is a fantastic store! I've been a customer for years. We've recently had a chain pet store open up on the north side that I tried for awhile... I've returned to Pet Creations! Nothing beats the personal service that Kim and the staff provide! Kim always knows the answers to your questions & if she doesn't, she will go out of her way to find out for you! Wonderful one on one service... I don't know how she does it! :))
