Tried to book grooming and the online system is disabled, emailed and told they no longer offer nail trimming. Following week walked by and the windows were all covered in paper and a sign said closed for inventory. This week the paper is gone from the windows and the store is completely empty and website disabled… I think it’s safe to say they’ve made a quick exit and closed!
They do a good job on grooming my dog. I have noticed when trying to book in my dog is always pushed back 1 month after the apt was confirmed. Dont know if it has to do with them losing groomers left, right and centre or just my dog. Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for their scheduling issues/problems
Very friendly and professional, my dog was well groomed and looked aesthetically pleasing.
The staff at Pet Connection are so kind and helpful! They always have great suggestions for products!
We have popped in a few times when in Sidney, they have a great selection of everything you could want for your pup, good name brands and there's a grooming salon in the back.
