i purchased a pet ramp for my small dog to get onto the bed, it was at Least 15 years ago; we still use the ramp! Pet Classics helped us replace the rug in 2018, because it was starting to wear and get "bald" - we had 1 dog and 4 cats using the ramp everyday. now we have 2 small dogs and 5 cats now and the ramp is still in daily use. we like it.
So grateful for Damien handling a special request for 2 more Custom Made - Triple Step Carpeted Steps for my small dog. Damien literally handled all of the heavy lifting from contacting the manufacturer, confirming the specs and letting me know the FedEx tracking number when the stairs would be delivered. My late dog Buster had 2 back surgeries for IVDD - The vet said it was crucial for him not to jump on and off furniture. We tried SO many ramps, but he would not use them - most of them were flimsy, and he didn’t trust them. After a long search, I finally found Pet Classics. The quality of this ramp is AMAZING!
