The company did not show up for my arrival at JFK , leaving my cat, dog and me (plus three large pieces of luggage) stranded at Terminal 4 after a 24-hour voyage from Asia. I had prepaid and emailed them reminders in the day prior. No apologies from PetCab, just terrible care and concern for their customers. Thankfully I learned you do NOT need a special cab from T4. Just head to curb and hire a regular yellow taxi. They all allow pets. Avoid this company!
I have used pet cab for on several occasions to take my dog Tiffany to a hospital. They have been very flexible with me working with me and have been very understanding when and i've had to change a time for a pickup. They are very reliable and they get back to you. And very caring about the animals they're transporting. I highly recommend petcab!

Very disappointing experience. The service was slow and staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed. The management seems completely out of touch with basic industry standards. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality or reliability.
