Highly unprofessional booking process, was told I'd hear back from them on a Friday. Contacted them Monday morning after not hearing back, was told I'd hear back from them within 5 minutes. Contacted them multiple additional times, didn't hear back until 5 hours later. Zero trust they can execute their services. Highly unprofessional communication, see their texts at the end. Pet Cab is fabulous! They have picked up our mini golden doodle Poppy and dropped her off on a number of occasions. They have a bed for Poppy to lay in while she is being driven, and a seatbelt. Pet Cab has always taken such good care of Poppy and updated us with cute pictures along the way. We trust them whole heartedly to transport Poppy!

We’ve been using their service to bring our dog home after Physical Therapy. They’ve been great! They’re very prompt, polite, have great availability, and are reliable. I haven’t used their services this way, but apparently they can also send over unsupervised dogs. Overall, I’m very glad to have them as an option to get my dog around the city.

I have used Pet Cab several times with my 100lb Labrador and there have been absolutely no issues whatsoever. They have been reliable and prompt; drivers have been friendly, courteous, helpful and they are experienced in traveling with animals (or at least BIG dogs). I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.
