My mom found mouse droppings so I setup a service for her with Pestmaster. According to my mom - the technician Heather was great! She took the time to explain everything, provided additional support for pest control and above all - my mom was happy!
I scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance (their first available) and took the day off work to meet them. They did not show up. When I called to ask where they were, they responded that the pest control guy was out sick and the scheduler was out sick too so nobody called to say they weren't coming.
I'm a property manager who has worked with Pestmaster for the last 5+ years and HIGHLY recommend them for your pest needs!
