Great place to find beach items, games, toys, etc!
staff is very nice and kind!
The way the staff follow you around and stare at you while you shop is super annoying and uncomfortable, and it has happened every time I’ve stopped here. It’s not like they’re trying to be helpful - it’s like they don’t trust you and watch you with disdain. I guess they don’t like people, which begs the question why do they have a store if they don’t like customers? I never leave reviews but I’m so put off by how they treat customers here, I had to write something.
Pessano's is a nice little variety store with lots of games, jigsaw puzzles, "boardwalk" style novelties, beach chairs, etc. Also a small selection of necessities like sun screen sprays and lotions. They are also very big into pickle ball, with a vast selection of paddles, shoes, and other paraphernalia.
Convenient variety store in northern Ocean City. If you ran out of sunscreen or just forgot to pack it, this is the place. They also have a small but nice collection of OCNJ t-shirts and such.
