Susan is the absolute worst attorney I have ever worked with. She wouldn’t answer my emails or calls after multiple attempts, she rescheduled dates multiple times due to scheduling conflict on her end, she rarely returned emails to the opposing party’s attorney, she never gave me updates on my case or informed me what was being discussed between her and the opposing attorney, she didn’t prep me one bit for my court hearing, she was sloppy and didn’t know hardly anything about my case after being informed countless times. Susan is an outstanding attorney. In a recent case, she showcased her remarkable skills by exposing a habitual liar and their myriad of false claims presented in court, which were ultimately uncovered by the judge. I was on the opposing side of the Susan Pesch. She was greatly unprepared, incompetent and unprofessional. She got in the argument with the judge and is tempered in the courtroom. The judge had to restore order in the court. I could not believe her level of unprofessionalism. There were obvious points she should have made against me but didn't. Do not trust Susan with any case that has important subjects on the line such as child custody/divorce etc. I won my case and actually felt a bit sorry for Susan's clients.
My experience with Susan Pesch was absolutely awful. She advised the father of my child to call the police on me without any valid reason, which caused unnecessary stress and financial harm. She failed to file anything with the court on his behalf by the required deadline and intentionally left out financial information from her client to avoid accurate financial information for child support, which was a serious oversight. Contacted this office for only a consult-Elizabeth the paralegal was very helpful guiding me through the filing process. Law talk is completely lost on me but they really helped me out when I was super stressed. Susan took a zoom call with me and patiently explained everything so even I could understand. She then took a follow up zoom so I could go over papers I had prepared myself- very gracious of her as she could have easily charged me twice.
