ABSOLUTELY PREDATORIAL BUSINESSES PRACTICES. ZERO TACT, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. They charged me $15,000 legal fees for a $350 Annual HOA charge I missed. I missed because I was going through a tough time after my girlfriend & best friend died within 1 month of each other. $15,000!!! I don’t know how they sleep at night. Karma will get them, that’s all I know.
Agree with other reviewers. Unscrupulous firm with low ethics. Will say anything to enforce unfair practices by HOAs. Their cases are also poorly reasoned and expose them to getting sued. If I owned an HOA I wouldn't trust them with my business. There are plenty of other options.
