We visited your store twice, and on both occasions, no staff member came to assist us. We even sent an email in advance to book a consultation for a facial treatment, but when my wife arrived for the appointment, no one acknowledged or attended to her. My husband and I had a facial treatment with Nurse Abi last week, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, Abi made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I went to nurse Abigail for a one on one microneedling tutorial as I have been looking in to microneedling at home. I went in only having done professional microneedling once and I was a pretty scared of poking my eyeballs. But the tutorial was so useful in making sure I was doing it safe.
