Absolutely OUTSTANDING. Everything, from the measuring to the installation was super professional. The shutters themselves are just fabulous. The installation by Mark and Daniel was just out of this world. They were polite, careful with our things, efficient, and beyond attentive. All in all, just amazing.
I had my plantation shutters installed yesterday, 8 in total. Kellie and Julian fitted them very professionally and cleaned up any mess made. Im extremely impressed with their service and my blinds look fabulous. Highly recommend this company.
Ordered 22/08/2024 for promised installation before Christmas. Various shipping delays caused the installation to be pushed back past Christmas which was frustrating. Shutters once finally installed 09/01/2025 had a number of warped louvres in two different rooms. Took till almost to end of May 2025 to get these replaced. Shutters look good once finally rectified, though I would take their advertised lead times with a large pinch of salt and was disappointed the warped louvres not being picked up during installation.
Amazing shutters totally made our house into a home. Julian and Kellie were so friendly and did a fantastic job and were so professional and job would highly recommend.
So happy with the shutters for 9 windows in our house. We had a few arch windows and a couple of weird shapes but the shutters themselves are just excellent. We were especially happy with the installation by Julian and Kellie - they look great. All at a great price with great advice from Andrew and communication from the team at all times.
