Since the take over from Scotwest, offers and customers service became apolling, a microcredit institution behaving like a banking group offering measleadin products unsuited to the customer needs, offers of multiple products too which would have made the customer worse off. What is meant to operate with a co-op mentality behave like a capitalist for profit corporation. Shame.
