I have been working with Elena for about a month, to work through some deep trauma and attachment issues. She is a warm, calm and kind therapist, who takes the time to guide me through some painful life history. The hypnotherapy sessions have been wonderful, helping to ease my anxiety and allowing my normally overwhelmed and exhausted brain find some peace. I would highly recommend Elena to anyone looking to become more self-aware, and those hoping to process and maybe move on from past trauma.

Elena is such a profesional and caring therapist! She made me feel welcome and I never felt judged .. she is such a caring person and genuinely wants to help you. I felt cared for and she helped dealing with my relationship breakdown. She taught me I’m good enough and I will come back to complete my therapy. I have had tinnitus for many years, anyone who has this disease knows how debilitating it can be. I remember my first experience with Elena’s sound therapy, I left her clinic feeling such a weight had been lifted, apart from feeling a real calmness, my tinnitus felt as if it were a background sound rather than a dominant factor 24 hours a day. Elena is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about her profession. She insightful and sensible with her gentle approach and wisdom she explains the process fully before starting. I didn't know what to expect but was so impressed with the results, which were quick and I noticed a difference immediately.
