Very DISAPPOINTING experience with Perth Furniture Warehouse. I ordered a table that sat in their shipping container for months. When I first called, I was told a refund would not be an issue, but after following up multiple times and then being asked to put it in writing, my request was flatly refused with no compromise. Very happy with the quality of the furniture, bought a dining table & chairs, sofa, bedside tables and dresser. Also great customer service, agreed to swap first dining table with slight faults for a new one delivered free of charge and took all the packaging rubbish too.
I went to the grand opening of their new store today. Wow - it was fantastic! So much stock and variety! The prices were great, and a lot lower than all the other stores I’ve been looking and the exact same quality. Everyone there was very helpful and attentive. They had all the items I wanted in stock and I’m getting it delivered in 2 days. I also managed to pick up a few bargain clearance items that I was super stoked with. I will be back!
We purchased Our lounge and saved up 4 1/2 thousand dollars cash of Hard earned money now couch has creases in it and they don’t want to cover it under warranty. The manager lied to us. We are not happy with this at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They rip off hard-working Australians.
