Really poor service, rude staff member and damaged my new bike when I got a repair. Avoid this shop. Bought a new electric bike just over 12 months ago from this shop. Had an issue with a brake. After taking it back twice and paying each time, got my bike back and it was damaged on the frame. When I flagged it to the older staff member, who is really rude and short, he did not look at the damage and just stated - 'nothing I can do'. Requested that the shop owner give me a call but have not yet received any call.
These guys do a fantastic electric bike tour around Fremantle for 3-4 hours. Phil was amazing, taking us places we had never seen and telling us stories we’d never heard. It was great fun. The bikes were perfect and Phil was great fun. On a hot day, take a water bottle in a back pack you’ll need it! But we did stop at a bar and had a lovely cold one!! 👍
Super good leco bike shop, excellent at conversions so you can take your own bike in and add a kit.
