Do not avail the services of this company. They dont meet the expected appointments. I took a day off twice, both times they didnt show up to measure my blinds. I waited for 2 hours on my 2nd day off, if i didnt call them to check if someone is still coming to measure my blinds i would’ve waited the whole day there! not even an sms message from them that the person wont be coming. Extremely poor customer service, i went to another blinds store who treated me way better!
Perth Blinds in Wangara were so helpful with supplying me with replacement parts for my 15 year old blinds. They made sure the replacement parts fitted correctly as designs have slightly changed over that time period. The cost of all the parts was extremely cheap,. I am very grateful for the time and effort they put into helping me with something that they wouldn’t have made any profit from. I will definitely be recommending this company.

We had roller blinds installed right through our new house but unfortunately they are a very poor fit. We live in Busselton and were advised the blinds were made using measurements from the plan rather than an on site measurement. Despite having the worst one replaced there appeared to be no improvement in the fit. We are now having to slowly replace them following an on site measurement by a local company. Why could this not have been done in the first place?
