I've emailed the rep managing my investments and gotten no answer. Then I tried to call multiple times and there is nobody picking up the call. I guess they don't want my money?
I have had a complex banking situation involving an estate. I ran into a number of roadblocks at another branch. I turned to my local branch. Robyn has been a godsend and the teller, Heather, has been patient and helpful! Very grateful!
These flakes pretend to be a Western Union Service on line, but when you get there they will only serve you if you open an account with them. Stop being a Western Union Office if you won't serve the general public! You suck big time.
I dealt with a woman by the name of Heather she was a very happy lady and made my visit an amazing one. She was able to get what I was looking for in a timely fashion. I would give her a 10 star rating without any hesitation. As i am doing right now. Heather thank you so much for all your help......
