Beware of this branch and Scotiabank!!! Terrible experience. My common-in-law husband, John McGuey, and I were conditionally approved by Caroline Ben-Smith, mortgage specialist, at this branch for about 96K to be added to our existing line of credit secured with our property. I've emailed the rep managing my investments and gotten no answer. Then I tried to call multiple times and there is nobody picking up the call. I guess they don't want my money?
I have had a complex banking situation involving an estate. I ran into a number of roadblocks at another branch. I turned to my local branch. Robyn has been a godsend and the teller, Heather, has been patient and helpful! Very grateful!
These flakes pretend to be a Western Union Service on line, but when you get there they will only serve you if you open an account with them. Stop being a Western Union Office if you won't serve the general public! You suck big time.
