Tim is a very immature and unprofessional paralegal. I would not recommend Tim or Persuasive Legal service at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! He will take your money with no care of being a professional parlegal give you bad advice, that will cost you, his client more on the end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE SAD EXCUSE OF A PARALEGAL!!
Tim has helped me personally and with my clients. He has an incredible sense of the law and the reality of the situation. He is a no nonsense, straight shooter paralegal. I highly recommend Tim to all my clients and should have wrote this raving review years ago!
I only put reviews if someone is really good or really bad. I had a situation with a very bad written lease my tenant took advantage of. I talked to 3-4 paralegals, and no one took my case, saying this is not winnable. I didn't know what to do, stressed out so many things. Then I talked to my longtime real estate lawyer who recommended me to Timothy Mobberly, saying a few of his clients used Tim since he's best of the best for landlords.
