I’ve had a membership here for over a month and a half. 26 visits later and I am so happy I got the membership. It provides me with 40 minutes of me time where I always feel better afterwards. I have noticed such a difference with how I feel and especially my quality of sleep. My bloating is also almost non existent and I have so much energy. The facility was clean, equipment easy to use and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I’ve been going to Perspire in Berkeley since they opened. The owners are super friendly, as are all the staff. Facilities are clean and the sauna always makes me feel great! I have an unlimited package and it has certainly been worth it. Sometimes the sauna is the only down time I get in a week between school and work and it really helps me stay healthy.
