Had an opportunity to try a 40 minute infrared and red-light therapy session recently and it was amazing. Immediately felt refreshed and had great sleep that night following the session. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean/comfortable. Would recommend for anyone looking to refresh/recharge.
The sauna's are very clean and the attendants are very helpful.
The staff are friendly and attentive, the atmosphere inside the sauna is relaxing. I enjoy being able to change the lights to suit my mood and the cool, eucalyptus towel at the end when you're done is very refreshing!
