Best thing I have ever done for my body, I'm healed. Before I came here I was told I'd need surgery on both knees or shots with bad side effects? I researched infra red light for about a year, long story short I'm pain free, and it feels good to detox my body and sweat it also clears your mind, just so many other benefits I get, its amazing. In addition, the staff is professional, kind and honest such a pleasant atmosphere. Also, the place is spic and span very sanitary and so much more. Love coming here. Works for me.
Saunas are always clean, I like that I can watch tv while getting a good sweat and the manager is great at her job!
