I had my first session recently, and it went very well. Liv walked me through the whole process, explaining the different light colors and their benefits, as well as the benefits of the infrared sauna. I ended up signing up for a membership and am already looking forward to my next session.
Madi was an exceptionally informative and courteous presence. I really felt I received the privacy and comfort I paid for to unwind in the heat. Great equipment, great service. Highly recommend.
