This is an amazing sauna studio. The staff is friendly and professional. The studio is always clean. For each appointment, my preferences for my sauna sessions are always preset to my liking. They create a great experience for me every time.

absolutely amazing. I can feel the detox, I can feel the energy, I can feel the relaxation. I have 4 children, I am getting married soon, I thought maybe give it a try. I fell in love and will add this to my self care routine. I started one month ago and my body and skin is beginning to glow. Be sure to grab a sweet sweat at the counter for maximum perspiration. I use the ocean scene setting on the TV and a favorite part is the cool eucalyptus towel to help cool down when your through.
