My husband has been going to Perspire for a few months. He sang their praises and I decided to see what his enthusiasm was about. I can honestly say, Perspire exceeded my expectations. The facility is very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. You have your own private room where you change and use the sauna. No need to transfer between room. It was great the customer service was great, the rooms were nice and clean. I will definitely be going back. It was so relaxing. I felt refreshed when I left. I would definitely recommend Perspire Sauna Studio 10/10!!!
I can't do regular saunas because they are too dry and are too hot. This type of infrared sauna is great for so many health issues. It is comfortable to sit in there for 40 minutes. You pick the temp and the other benefits like red light. You also get to watch your favorite TV show as they have Hulu and Netflix. Very clean and a good experience. Vibe is calm and inviting. You have a room all to yourself. You get 1 cool eucalyptus towel, but I request for an extra cool eucalyptus towel which is $2. I like to use one for my face while I am in the sauna and one to cool down with after the sauna. Staff is always nice and helpful. Package prices are reasonable. I feel SO GREAT after a 40 min roast
