It was great the customer service was great, the rooms were nice and clean. I will definitely be going back. It was so relaxing. I felt refreshed when I left. I would definitely recommend Perspire Sauna Studio 10/10!!!
I can't do regular saunas because they are too dry and are too hot. This type of infrared sauna is great for so many health issues. It is comfortable to sit in there for 40 minutes. You pick the temp and the other benefits like red light. You also get to watch your favorite TV show as they have Hulu and Netflix. Very clean and a good experience. Vibe is calm and inviting. You have a room all to yourself. You get 1 cool eucalyptus towel, but I request for an extra cool eucalyptus towel which is $2. I like to use one for my face while I am in the sauna and one to cool down with after the sauna. Staff is always nice and helpful. Package prices are reasonable. I feel SO GREAT after a 40 min roast
Always a great experience here. Employees are the best, rooms are well maintained and clean. Sauna and red light therapy are a cornerstone of my health plan.
