I look forward to my 40 minutes at Perspire! Time to relax, with red light therapy, hand weights to get in a light workout, or a movie playing on the TV. My skin feels smoother, I stay hydrated during session, and my sore muscles feel better every time.

Friendly staff. My sauna suite was adjusted to my preferred setting; very peaceful and relaxing. Clean towels and I love the eucalyptus cold cloth, smells so good and refreshing.
