I drive 30-40 minutes to get to a Perspire studio, and it’s worth it! The rooms are always pristine, set up to my own personal preferences, including temperature, lighting, and even what streaming service I want. I got the unlimited package, which includes a 45-degree shower afterwards—available at the Power Road and Queen Creek studios. Staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more. (Except for a location in Laveen. 😅)

Wonderful experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Took a lot of my back pain away for the rest of the afternoon. Will be signing up. Had heard a lot about red-light therapy. So good.
