One of the best sauna experiences in charlotte! With a tv and speakers in the sauna, you can lay back and listen to your favorite show, music, or relaxing sounds. They have a eucalyptus towel for you to cool off with at the end of your session and it is a fantastic experience! I also really enjoy the light therapy. The different colors offer different benefits.

I wanted to wait a full month before submitting my review. It's super clean and very roomy. For my plus-size girls, it's safe, closed off, private, and there are rooms with showers. The sauna has enough room for fuller figures to sit comfortably. I love the dedicated TV in each room that is set up for a nice session of self-care and relaxation. If you want, you can watch Netflix or YouTube, but that defeats the purpose. You get 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, 1 foot mat, and my favorite, the Eucalyptus Mint towel at the end. The... read more
