I have been visiting for months and I’ve only ever had the best experiences at the infrared sauna spa. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
I am disappointed and feel very deceived .. I bought a gift card in December when the $80 for $100 gift card deal was going on because the front desk employee assured me I could use it towards a Perspire membership. Upon attempting to purchase a membership in January, I was informed gift cards can only be used towards merch and individual classes, and they simply apologized and said there was nothing that they could do. I wanted to give this place a shot so I decided to take them up on the $20 first time visit. Unfortunately, the studio needs a deep clean and the sauna studio I was in, needs some TLC. There was a piece is used chewing gum stuck near one of the light bars along with several strands of long black hair. The sauna panels were dusty and the floor in my studio had dust bunnies galore.
