The people and services are great!
Having experienced a traditional sauna with humid air I expected much of the same. What I found was a dry heat that penetrated to my bones without leaving me a sweaty mess. I felt wonderful after all was finished and lasted into the next day. After reading their website, I was still not sure what to bring or fully expect, so I started at the front desk and asked Maddie for all the information I could learn. This was my first time at the studio and I got to meet Lainey and Kayla, both were so welcoming and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease right away. The building itself is really spacious, and each room has such a relaxing vibe. You could opt for their machine that puts salt within the air to provide a more luxurious experience too.
