The people and services are great!
Having experienced a traditional sauna with humid air I expected much of the same. What I found was a dry heat that penetrated to my bones without leaving me a sweaty mess. I felt wonderful after all was finished and lasted into the next day. After reading their website, I was still not sure what to bring or fully expect, so I started at the front desk and asked Maddie for all the information I could learn.
