This is the perfect place to wind down after a long day, and especially cozy on a cold or rainy day. Great spa for summer days as well, as these infrared saunas don't have the 'dryness' in the heat, and the red-light therapy is an added bonus that helps reduce inflammation and great for my sensitive skin. Overall, the staff is courteous and professional, and I love the experience of watching TV while doing important self-care in a relaxed setting.
I have been coming to perspire in Downers Grove everyday I have an unlimited membership and it is worth every penny. Investing in your health while you still have your health is key.
