My favorite space yo wind my day down. Staff is AMAZING. The owner is also helpful. The saunas are always clean and hot. LOW KEY, it helps me with peri menopause, I know it sounds wierd because its hot. But it does so much for my body
I’ve been a member at Perspire Infrared Sauna Studio (Santa Clara) since day one last year, and it’s honestly one of the best wellness decisions I’ve made. The staff is always so friendly and cooperative, and they truly make you feel welcome every single visit. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, each with a TV to make the session more enjoyable, and a few even come with private bathrooms which is a great bonus. Highly recommend if you are looking for light therapy benefits. Very welcoming staff and this place was clean and also has entertainment facilities. The red light therapy helped with my pain!
