The sauna and snow shower experience is amazing. I always leave feeling so refreshed and reset. Staff and facilities are great too.
I love the friendly service, clean and peaceful environment, and the amenities in each sauna room. It’s a great experience every time.
Fantastic experience - professional and friendly staff, clean sauna suites, and even TVs in the suite with speakers inside the sauna. Some sauna rooms have their own shower inside the suite. I would definitely recommend Perspire if you're looking for a more luxurious sauna experience.

This place was very cool and such great health benefits. I love that the rooms are private and have a lock. They provide all the necessary towels and some rooms have a shower. The staff was friendly and informative. Booking on the app was easy and had plenty of appointments.
