had the most amazing sauna experience here! the workers were extremely sweet, specifically prob, i think her name was, she was so helpful in teaching me about the different therapies because i didnt know much about it. she made sure to follow up with me after as well, which made me feel so happy. i will definitely be coming back.
Kathryn was awesome! Very welcoming and the knowledgeable. The entire shop was clean and the sauna was easy to use. The cold shower was a great add on as well!
I felt so relaxed after my sauna session. I have a lot of stress in my life so being able to come here and relax made a big difference. Katherine at the front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions. She gave me a quick tour before my session and also had a very friendly attitude. After my session, she showed me the packages and membership options and was not pushy at all to try and make a sale, which I appreciated. I did end up buying four sessions though because I loved the sauna experience.
