I was traveling and was feeling sluggish with sore muscles, I have unlimited membership in another state and it was so easy for them to schedule me a session. I came out feeling better and relaxed, the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean

Amazing staff, very clean environment, and the overall worth the experience. The sauna and the SNO shower were both great.

My husband had a terrible experience with this sauna. He had a monthly plan with them and he asked to put his membership on hold. He had about 6 sessions left. He asked if he could use the sessions that he had left while he had his membership on pause and he was told he could not. He called into the location and was told he would be contacted by a manager.
