Nicely located at the Long Beach exchange with easy parking. The sauna studio includes showers and icy cold iced shower for 45 seconds close your pores and leaves you feeling invigorated if you want to relax sweat and restore. This is the place to be.
Sauna has been super useful to me. My vision is actually clearer since I started. Super nice staff, always clean, 10 of 10 you should try it. Also, number one way to get microplastics out of your body.... passive sweating. And red light is always a win. Thanks, Perspire.
