Really friendly staff here. Got in on short notice. If you can, order a suite that has a shower: the cold hit after a sauna session is AWESOME.

my wife and i had a session at Perspire Sauna Studio this past Tuesday. it was my first time and they were very friendly. i was given a tour of the studio and their amenities. i was impressed with the cleanliness and the rooms available. everything was explained before we actually started our session in the room. i tried the sno shower after my session - very similar to a cold plunge- it was invigorating and was right in the same room, so it was very convenient as well. afterwards we were given information and options about ... read more
