This is my love letter to infrared saunas: they have changed my life, helped me with depression, fatigue, regulating my nervous system, detoxing. I have been an infrared nerd for a decade now and this studio is one of the best I’ve seen. Very competitive pricing — clean rooms and the tv’s are a very nice touch. The staff is lovely and everything is run very smoothly. Very happy this has come to utah 🤠💯 thanks guys
I love these private infrared saunas! I also love that you have the choice to use the red light therapy and the chromotherapy while you’re using the sauna along with the entertainment options. You can watch a show on netflix or you can play nature sounds or meditation music. I’m feeling so much better both physically and mentally after just the first week! I highly recommend perspire sauna studio🥰
