As a Physician – I can’t speak enough about the health benefits to visiting this place. I really enjoyed the “Red Light” Therapy and the Ice Cold Showers – Ensure you hydrate! Do not fear the Parking Lot – I visited Today – 18 October 2025; - Saturday – Things were a bit busy with the “Pop Up” – Market, But I did manage to easily find parking in the front. I can’t say enough about perspire. They have been a game changer for my personal recovery and I consider it foundational for my health routine. What I love about Perspire specifically is it’s always clean, a friendly welcome, and I feel like I can escape the chaos of life here. It’s also benefited my wife who was dealing with mold issues and this was helpful for her detox protocol. I can’t recommend Perspire Sauna Studio enough
