I joined the Perspire in Ballantyne a few months ago during a major Membership push with lots of balloons 🎈 and pretty gals. They made the usual sales promises but against my better judgment I gave them my Debit Card and off we went . So how did it turn out well let’s see . The Sauna temperatures NEVER came close to the 170 Degrees promised. Very Warm/ Almost Hot. The room TVs ALWAYS lost connectivity & cut off during the sessions. Yesterday was my 3rd or 4th session and I love it, so happy that I stopped by their table at the hot chocolate race expo and met Milan. Nathaniel and Zach have been very informative and nice as well. Having to restart crossfit after a 4 month hiatus, this is the perfect recovery from the week and sets me up right going into the next week. One session is $20 go ahead and book, I promise you'll sign up for a package before leaving.
