Pros: So I LOVE the offering at this studio. It's clean, and easy to book, and I love the ability to have a contrast sno shower after the sauna session. 5/5 stars for the facility/studio itself Cons: I have had some challenges with communication with the staff here. I feel so refreshed after 45 minutes of sauna and self mindfulness
Private room was comfortable and relaxing. Loved the contrast show after. I slept so well after my appointment.
