Coming to Perspire has been a huge part of my health journey. It helps me relax, detox, and recover. I love the private studio experience and definitely the highlight of my day. I recommend infrared sauna sessions to all my friends, family and clients.
Great facility with kind, helpful staff. Everything runs smoothly and is very very clean! You can watch Netflix or another streaming service while you’re in your sauna which is a nice touch. I’ve felt great afterwards each time I’ve gone highly recommend!
Amazing little haven and I love dropping by for 40 minutes of zen and comfort. The owner Jen is so sweet and the manager Stephen is the best!!! The whole team is amazing
Fantastic experience! Went in expecting nothing more than a normal sauna, but was pleasantly surprised with how I felt through the whole process! More than worth it at the cost too for a session. Thanks a ton!
