LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Absolute gem to have a luxury private red light sauna studio just diwn the street. Absolute game changer if you’re serious about recovery from all that hard work in the gym and from life’s stresses as well. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you at least try it out!
My first experience at Perspire Leawood was absolutely amazing, beyond the sauna itself (which was so relaxing and rejuvenated!!), staff was incredible! They really listened to what I wanted out of the experience and it felt very personalized! One visit, and I’m a member! Shout out to Alexis and Lena for getting me started!

Awesome place! Owner and staff are high vibing people (and so are the cool customers). Perspire Studio is committed your health and wellbeing. It's my relaxation and "Healing Lotus" in Leawood. My 58 year-old skin looks radiant from the red light therapy and friends comment on the improvement since I started going. Bought annual membership in November 2025 on Black Friday special, and I have never once regretted a penny spent. Love this place! #Sanity #Serenity #Healing #BodyDetoxing
