I had never heard of infrared sauna therapy and honestly didn’t expect much results from one visit, but we were in town for the weekend and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, it is definitely worth it!! I left feeling completely relaxed & rejuvenated, inside and out. Loved my experience at Perspire in Leawood. The owner Leena really went above and beyond getting to know me and my health needs! Oh and loved the sauna experience too! So going back!
Everyone here is wonderful, friendly and incredibly helpful. Very peaceful and they personalize the experience for you-- this has been life altering for me.
