I found out about Perspire Sauna Studio a month ago when I was looking for a new studio because the one I regularly visited closed for good. What I like about the infrared sauna at Perspire is that it's spacious with more legroom than the typical infrared sauna. I like that the panel to control the duration and the temperature of the sauna is inside the booth instead of outside. I usually start at 150 degrees and work my way up to 175. Great experience. I stopped in with a few questions about the studio, Grace answered them all and had such a great attitude. I’ll definitely be back to try it!
I went in today booking a specific sauna room number -- when I arrived, the number was changed, without any explanation (no text or call before hand). The women at the front desk gave me a strange look when I showed her the app (which had a different number), like I made a mistake. Then a manager spoke to me telling me that the room was changed before I arrived. Why the lies, deception, and lack of communication? It's an expensive place -- to go and unwind, not be lied to. Unethical business practices.
