Ashley and Laynie are amazing — they’re so friendly, professional, and make every visit enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend Perspire to anyone looking to unwind and take care of their wellness!
Perspire has changed my life! It helps detox and reset after my workouts. Ashley and Nasmah are the sweetest. They’re so welcoming and kind. I love it here! Totally worth it!
Staff are so helpful and friendly! I also really appreciated how clean and easy to use the sauna suites are. Love how the tv audio is piped into the sauna! I have already recommended Perspire to friends.
I originally purchased an introduction session from Nismah in early August 2025. I enjoyed the overall experience so much that I bought an unlimited membership and have since completed 17 sessions during the month of September. I cannot say enough about the location, environment, RedLight Sauna suites as well as SNØ Showers for contrast therapy. I have slept better than ever and essentially reset my nervous system.
