Tl;dr: excellent staff, clean, great benefits *major flaw — noise disturbances* I love IR and was thrilled to try Perspire and found it dreadfully clean, organized, well-run by incredibly friendly people. I signed up for a membership immediately at the end of my first session (before which, they give you a tour and explanation of the facilities so you can go in without questions or concerns and just enjoy yourself!). Great place! Their saunas are great and it’s a good experience from start to finish. Their staff and Manager are really friendly. I recommend this place.
staff is friendly & facility is very clean. I tend to listen to a particular video on Youtube when I'm there and they always have it set up for me. The only thing that would be better is if they had a place you could dry your hair after a shower.
