Amazing concept and first experience was followed with a Amazing customer experience. Second visit was the worst customer experience I had in a long time. I tried to book on the app a suite with a shower but got book on a suite without one. I have put in the comments to set it at 170 degree, it was not and the sauna never reached it in 40minutes. I got told 5bminutes before my appointment that I had to be member to get a shower. The lady didn’t want to accommodate me in any ways, refund, paying extra for a shower or discount... read more
