Updated review March 23, 2026: this location has updated their policy, but not listed it anywhere, that they prioritize members and bulk purchasers business to those who buy individually or are ramping up their sauna sessions on a budget. They will bump you from a stall with a shower to one with none, with little to no communication until you show up, even though you booked it with the shower, ahead of time, in their app, for a specific stall with a shower. My friend and I went to try a first session of IR sauna and had a great first experience! Donovan at the front desk was great to welcome us and give a tour. I will definitely be back.
