What a great experience! Loved it and can't wait to go back. Easy to make appointments and the staff is very helpful and explain everything. I highly recommend anyone to check it out!
Love Perspire in Maple Grove. It’s always clean and the staff and very friendly. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end is something from heaven. You can easily book online, same day even which is nice if you have a last minute block of time open. There are rooms with showers which is nice to rinse off afterward! They are also very flexible if you need to pause for a month! I love adding this to my week for wellness.
