Great place to relax and get a good sweat in. Friendly staff, and the private saunas are always squeaky clean.

Easy scheduling online. Super clean, very friendly staff. Sessions are up to 40 minutes in private infrared sauna with adjustable temp and your choice of music/TV. Towels provided, including a refreshing cool eucalyptus towel for afterwards. They made note of my color therapy and temp preference for next time. I’m not a big fan of steam saunas but I dig the infrared. Can’t wait to go back!
