Today marks my 5th session! So far I love it and see myself going often. If they do another limited time offer I’ll purchase again. I just enjoyed the limited time deal that was a certain number for a super cheap affordable price. I go back to college in 2 weeks so enjoying them before then. But when I live out here after I graduate or even in December through January back from winter break if they do another deal like this month’s I’ll be here again! This is something that until you experience it you can't fully understand the benefits. It is definitely worth booking an appointment and trying it once!
Perspire has changed the way I look at saunas. Individual rooms that include light therapy, programed to your desired results, TV for individual viewing and a shower (in some rooms). It is a spa experience every time. Kari was very helpful explaining how to make the most of the light therapy.
Love this experience and studio. I'm getting a whole person session, improving my mental well being with a 'timeout' as well as my physical well being.
