I went today for the trial session and loved it. William walked me through everything and was detailed and attentive. The place is super clean and quiet. The rooms have a tv and can be customized with music or shows of your preference. Looking forward to coming regularly.
Super clean private suites with contrast therapy plus a smart TV. Staff is really nice and helpful. William was easy to work with and showed me everything I need to know. I'll be back
Deborah was working the front desk and was absolutely amazing! She was extremely friendly and did a meticulous job explaining how to use the sauna, infared, lighting, cold shower and TV. The sauna and cold plunge experience were incredible and felt rejuvenating. I got a water and lemon berry snack bar too that I enjoyed. After Deborah explained the membership packages and asked about my experiences and preferences for next time. She even took notes about what I enjoyed watching on the TV.
