Perspire Sauna on Montana has become an integral part of my routine. The whole staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful (extra shoutout to Zoe and Carla!!), and I love coming here. They have Netflix and YouTube if I ever need a distraction, but it’s honestly such a nice escape to just relax in peace. Highly recommend you check this place out if you’re looking to add to your wellness/recovery routine!
Just a wonderful experience all-around! Each private room has its own infrared sauna, chromolightrherapy, dressing area, and TV with surround sound. The chilled eucalyptus towels are a gorgeous touch. Zoe and Cairo run the front desk and keep all of the saunas impeccably clean and reset between sessions.
