Is helpful to have someone actually listen and give actual HELPFUL advice. The space is nice and welcoming and it feels nice to find someone that takes time to explain things in detail.
Be aware of charges to your card above and beyond what insurance has paid them. They make you keep a card on file and charge you for what they didn't get paid for by insurance: suprise/balance biiling. We have a $0 copay for all mental health visits. But getting charged $64-$93 a session after insurance already paid them allowed amount.
We brought my oldest daughter in to help with overnight bed wetting and have been super wowed by her success that we have kept her going to sessions! Our therapist was amazing! Great communication! I can’t say enough good things about our experience!
