Do not go here. Working with Rene Pretorius-Parks was an awful experience. She did nothing but hurt me and my family. Rene only had negative things to say, I mean she did not say one remotely positive or encouraging thing during the time I was with her. She did not take anything I said seriously, leaving me feeling completely disrespected. I remember being in tears in front of her and she did not even acknowledge me.
Dr Sheeley is an outstanding practitioner! Been seeing him for years and I know he actually cares for my mental well being! Great practice with outstanding medical professionals all around!!
Is helpful to have someone actually listen and give actual HELPFUL advice. The space is nice and welcoming and it feels nice to find someone that takes time to explain things in detail.
Be aware of charges to your card above and beyond what insurance has paid them. They make you keep a card on file and charge you for what they didn't get paid for by insurance: suprise/balance biiling. We have a $0 copay for all mental health visits. But getting charged $64-$93 a session after insurance already paid them allowed amount.
