Customer Service is the WORSE if I can give it a zero I would. Mrs. Karen French is very very unprofessional, rude, try to be intimating in front of her staff and she uses her authority and position to treat a person like they aren't a human. I'm not sure how anyone could work under her. When you walk in this branch she don't greet you instead she sit and give you a evil look. Her position is going to her head. Customer service is horrible rude. My father in law is elderly has trouble walking needed to cash a check so I took it up there the rudeness was unbelievable her response was " well he needs to cash his check then" mind u I had everything needed to do it without him. Never will I recommend or use this bank! Picture below is my father in law
They know my name and accommodate as best they can every time. At all times I’m greeted with a smile and/or a suggestion. I recommend Persons Banking to anyone who likes to support small businesses.
Every time I call the call center they send me here and Veronica Rodriguez handles me like I’m not a customer like I’m a bother. She asks me a question then always over talks me. I told her that she needs to work on her communication and customer service skills and she looked at me with no words like she could care less. If you can help it see someone else when you go to this bank. Or go with another bank all together that cares if they’re customers stay or go.
