I bought a beautiful dog tag for my pet. I really liked the product but they made a mistake with the phone number. My daughter contacted them multiple times since she placed the order for me. They answered the first email and said that they would send a new tag. That was months ago and now they never sent a new tag and now won’t respond to any emails. Beware.
Well made products and responsive to inquiries. Great, quiet and waterproof dog tags.
Amazing product - no jingle and no metal rings. It slips over the collar and I don’t need to worry about them losing a tag. I’m always get asked where I purchased them because they look so sharp. I bought them for all my coonhounds and when one got damaged they replaced it for free with no questions asked!
