AVOID personalized therapy. I made the mistake of trying to use them beyond getting a diagnosis for my child. The info that was provided by Lisa was dishonest and only partially accurate. We were told to expect a specific rate and it was anything but. I will discourage anyone from using them because of their billing practices inability to give a straight answer. Were very friendly and accommodating at every visit. Very thorough with explaining what is being worked on, where improvements are needed, etc.
We are very lucky to have personalized therapy to help our son on his current path. We were on the waitlist for a few months before receiving the call that there was availability for us. The therapists are amazing and really cater to your comfort levels and how to expand on that. My son has become very comfortable there with each appointment and looks forward to going. He has shown great improvement as well. I highly recommend Personalized Therapy!
