The staff is very nice, caring, and are flexible with scheduling. They have helped my little so much and accommodate my child with the services needed.
I’ve been going here for a couple of weeks and so far I love the staff and the care I’ve been provided. They genuinely care about each client and are very personable with each client.
Mel has been Amazing for me and my torn/frozen shoulder!! She is kind, professional and cares about the people she takes care of!! All of the staff have been great and the place is very clean!
This company is absolute garbage. My sons were on the wait list for years. I even went to the orientation (she even made a nasty comment that if someone certified around here they probably work for us). I called them. They lost paperwork. I had to resend things multiple times It was ridiculous. A coordinator at Blue Cross Blue shield told me she has a lot of different clients with a lot of different companys, but none of them were happy with the administration at personalized therapy..
