Curtis is 100% spot on. Nothing has changed. They lie and never follow up. They avoid your phone calls. They lie more and it’s not until you get lawyers involved they do anything. The owner/co founder is something, look him up. I would give them a 0/5 if I could. A very large group of us have been made to wait for our refund for over 3 years and now the first two years this company has done nothing but lie and drag it out, get worse ever year. They suck, They refuse to set up direct deposit and insist on using snail mail. So if it doesn't get lost, my retirement check is always anywhere from 3 to 28 days late. If you as a business care about the people who have worked for you long enough to retire, Please avoid Personalized Pensions and use a competent company to manage their pensions.

I cannot recommend doing business with Personalized Pensions. I have attempted to resolve a matter regarding my funds for over a year with no avail. My phone calls are not returned, when I get ahold of someone the actions and follow up they promise is never completed. I have exhausted every path I have through my department and with them personally. At this point I don't know if it will ever get resolved.
