I have waited awhile to post this. This practice has cost my family thousands of dollars. A significant amount of income added by mistake, it was a purchase from 2 years prior. I haven't heard an apology, only a justification. Personalized Book keeping charges as a CPA would, yet we never sat down and walked through my return. When I did with my new found CPA, I amended my return and received my money back.
